About This Program

Provides grants to small businesses relocating to or remaining in BeltLine-adjacent commercial corridors to offset rising commercial rents. Part of Atlanta's anti-displacement strategy for small businesses.

Key Requirements & Eligibility

  • 1Business must be located within an Atlanta BeltLine TAD corridor
  • 250 or fewer employees; independently owned
  • 3Priority: minority-owned, locally-owned, and community-serving businesses
  • 4Grant covers rent differential or fit-out costs up to $25,000
  • 5Business must commit to 2-year lease in qualifying location
