About This Program

Provides capital grants up to $2 million to certified Community Development Financial Institutions — many of them nonprofit loan funds — that finance affordable housing, small businesses, and community facilities in underserved markets. Smaller Technical Assistance grants (up to $125,000) help emerging CDFIs build capacity.
