About This Program

Home-based business owners can receive energy efficiency incentives for installing energy-saving upgrades in their residential spaces, either as discounts from qualified contractors or reimbursements for self-installation. The program covers single-family homes, manufactured homes, and multi-unit properties (duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes) in Oregon and Washington. Eligible Oregon customers must be served by Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, Cascade Natural Gas, or Avista.
