About This Program

Provides point-of-sale rebates of up to $14,000 per household for energy-efficient electric appliances and home upgrades including heat pumps, electric stoves, EV chargers, and electrical panel upgrades. Income-qualified households can receive up to 100% of upgrade costs; moderate-income households up to 50%.
