About This Program

SECO offers low-interest loan funding for energy efficiency retrofit projects at eligible community centers. Selected applicants receive a no-cost ASHRAE Level II Audit to identify compliant projects, with funding subject to Davis-Bacon Act, NEPA, BABA, and NHPA compliance requirements.
