About This Program

Property tax exemptions for businesses locating or expanding in one of Oregon's 73 Enterprise Zones. Qualifying businesses receive a 3–5 year full exemption on new investment in plant, equipment, and machinery, reducing effective cost of expansion by millions of dollars.
