About This Program

The State Efficiency and Environmental Performance (SEEP) Office works with state agencies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and eliminate toxic materials through energy-efficient facilities, electric vehicles, sustainable purchasing, and clean electricity initiatives. SEEP provides consultation, technical assistance, and identifies funding opportunities for cost-effective environmental performance improvements in state agency buildings and operations.
