Competitive grants for Washington manufacturers and industrial facilities to deploy clean energy technologies that reduce carbon emissions, including electrification, fuel switching, and industrial efficiency upgrades.

Key Requirements & Eligibility

  • 1Business must be a Washington manufacturer or industrial facility
  • 2Project must reduce greenhouse gas emissions or fossil fuel use
  • 3Eligible: electric process heat, industrial electrification, waste heat recovery, renewable energy
  • 4Grant: 25–50% of eligible project costs; minimum project size $500K
  • 5Must demonstrate measurable GHG reductions and economic benefit to WA
